Yes, we have 60 pound machines for bulky items like comforters.

What are your wash and fold hours?
You can drop off and pickup your laundry whenever there is an attendant on hand.

What products do you use when you wash my clothes?
Arm and Hanner is our standard detergent but you can always upgrade to laundry products such as: Tide, Gain, Snuggle, Downy, OxiClean and Clorox.
Is there a minimum order?
There is a 20 pound minimum order.
Do you wash my clothes with other clothes?
No. We always keep our customers laundry separate from one another.
What is the turnaround time for wash & fold?
Your clean clothes will be ready for pickup in 24 hours.
Pickup & Delivery
When do you offer pickup and delivery?
We offer pickup and delivery services Monday - Thursday.
What is the turnaround time for pickup and delivery?
Your clean clothes are returned to you in 24 hours, unless you have a Saturday pickup. Saturday orders are returned on Monday.
Is there a minimum order?
There is a 30 pound minimum order for pickup and delivery orders.
How much does pickup and delivery cost?
If you sign up for weekly or biweekly service, it is only $1.50/lb. If you only use our service from time to time it is $2.00/lb.
Do I need to be home to use this service?
No, you can leave your laundry in a secure location (front porch, back porch, behind a fence, in an unlocked garage) just make sure to note it when you place your order so our driver knows where to find it.
Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?
Absolutely. When you place your order online there is a section called Preferences where you can specify things you want done every time that we do your laundry. There is also a section called Special Laundry Instructions where you can ask for something for this particular order. For instance if you want us to spot treat a stain on one of your items.
Is there a contract or long term commitment?
No. You never have to sign a contract and you can stop service at any time. We know that you will stick with us based on our excellent service.
What do I put my laundry in?
We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that will cinch closed.
Can I put my pickups on hold while I'm on vacation?
Yes you can. Just go into your account and put your service on hold until you return.
